Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to advertising accounts. Clients must ensure all content complies with platform policies and applicable laws.
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Services may be paused if payments are not received on time. Ad spend is separate from service fees and is paid directly to advertising platforms.
While we strive for optimal results, digital advertising performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes but commit to applying best practices and data-driven strategies.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, business data, and campaign details. We will not share sensitive information without explicit permission.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Prepaid fees for incomplete work may be prorated based on work completed.
Clients retain ownership of their brand assets. Amir Ads retains ownership of proprietary strategies and methodologies. Created ad content ownership will be transferred upon full payment.
Amir Ads is not liable for issues arising from platform changes, account suspensions, or third-party actions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.
